Updating Distribution Statuses

The status of the distributed documents can be updated.

  1. From the Document record,In the document tree on the left side of the record, click the Distribution List link.
    Result: The Distribution List window is displayed.
  2. Check the checkbox of the recipient to be edited.
  3. Click Action > Edit.
  4. Click the drop down button and select the new status.
  5. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new status is displayed.
